The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) reports in this video, on the Israeli spacecraft Beresheet’s unsuccessful moon landing. Though SpaceIL, the non-profit organization which created Beresheet, was disappointed with the spacecraft’s crash-landing on the moon, they see this immediate failure as a step along the way towards success. Typical of the Israeli start-up spirit, SpaceIL is not going to give up. They hope to reach the moon again with successful results, and to spark an interest in youth to pursue science and technology. SpaceIL’s motivational message was written on an Israeli banner attached to Beresheet, “small country big dreams.”
